Do we need to choose an engagement model beforehand?
No. Many teams arrive comparing dedicated teams, managed engagements, BOT, or staff augmentation. We explain the trade-offs in plain language and recommend the structure that fits your current stage.
Will you sign our NDA?
Yes. Yours or ours, whichever clears legal fastest. We are comfortable putting mutual confidentiality in place before detailed technical or commercial discussion.
How quickly can an engagement start?
Typically the first engineers join within four to six weeks of agreeing roles, and a core team is in place within eight to twelve weeks. Senior engineers in India often serve 30 to 90 day notice periods, so timing depends on the roles and your security onboarding. We only quote dates we are prepared to stand behind.
